You may be a professional or amateur photographer or you may simply have taken a striking image that is worthy of the Awards - whoever you are and whatever your photograph, this is a competition worth entering. Everyone loves photography and every picture tells a story. The purpose of the Commonwealth Photographic Awards is to give the world an insight into the lives of people living in the Commonwealth. We all see the world through different eyes. Even the same eyes may be watching the same scene but they will all see it differently, especially when captured in a photograph. Exhibitions will be taking place in different capitals of the Commonwealth in 2007 of the winning images. To date, these exhibitions have proved extremely popular with the general public.
