A mother carries her son strapped to her back whilst riding a bicycle to hospital in Kagoma village in rural Uganda. Few women in the country can ride bicycles; it is even prohibited in some cultures! The woman braves the long ride to save her son - and will look forward to celebrate his achievements, let alone her own empowerment and resolve.
