Physical Disability is not a hindrance. Taken at the 9th FESPIC Games 2006 in Kuala Lumpur, the picture shows the determination and willpower of the runners despite their artificial or twisted leg conditions. All of them were winners because to be able to compete in the race was an ACHIEVEMENT. Even though the spectators were few and far in between, they have exhibited the true spirit of sportsmanship.
